  The full power of this Sage Accpac ERP Solution lies in the combination of Sage Accpac ERP and Windows 2003 Terminal Server to seamlessly manage multiple branches and regions in multiple countries, using multiple currencies all within the a single, secure accounting database.

Users have the option of using either the Sage Accpac ERP native web based interface or the more powerful Terminal Server hosted session. Either way, data and user access is secure. Users can be limited to seeing/using only their branch data, only parts of their branch data, all of the data or any combination of access that makes sense for your business.

Using a single consolidated Sage Accpac ERP accounting system means that accounting errors are easier to check and correct. Consolidations are automatic. Large multi-branch customer accounts are managed automatically by the system. Allocations can be automated using any of a large array of methods. Month end reconciliations are greatly simplified meaning faster turn around times, more reliable information and reduced costs of processing.

  The combination of the fully functioned Sage Accpac ERP accounting system and Sage CRM customer relationship management provides all the resources needed to motivate and control any sales force. The direct integration of Sage CRM to the Sage Accpac ERP accounting system means that sales personnel get real time access to customer accounting information. Sage CRM is a web based application that requires no installation and can be accessed any time and any where a qualified user has access to an internet connection.

Using the Sage CRM built-in workflow task management new information on leads, changes to customer status, order status, order fulfillment, customer contacts, sales documents, communications and many other types of information moves through the system and to the appropriate user immediately and automatically. Sage CRM creates a single point of contact for all users for all customer information.

The full power of Crystal Reports is used to access all information that exists in the information database. Complex exception based “Customer Rating” reports can be created that will identify early warning signals that can indicate potential customer bankruptcy problems. Management is able to access these reports through the CRM interface wherever they need whenever they need it.

  • An outsourced payroll system for over 800 employees required a full time staff member to provide input to the system
  • Detailed data on employees, departmental allocations, pay history and all other aspects of payroll was not integrated to the existing Sage Accpac ERP accounting system
  • Extensive GL data entry was required to input the outsourced information into the Sage Accpac ERP accounting system
  • Errors were common and were not able to be corrected prior to completion of a payroll run resulting in numerous correction runs
  • Various accruals needed to be kept manually outside of the outsourced payroll system

  Sage Accpac ERP Canadian Payroll was able to handle all of the requirements of this 800+ employee company with 3 unions and 2 different management payment structures that operates in 3 different provinces. All formerly manual systems for calculating accruals were able to be incorporated into the payroll system.

Errors in payroll runs have virtually been eliminated and all departmental costing is now managed by the payroll system with GL entries being automatically and accurately generated by Sage Accpac ERP.

The company now spends less staff time on payroll that it previously did, gets more detailed and higher quality information and has complete and confidential control over its entire payroll process. The company was also able to reduce its payroll processing fees by 95%, saving roughly $20,000 per year!

The company is able to consider an automated timecard input system that would save additional staff time and further increase accuracy and control over this vital aspect of their business.
