EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Direct Payroll is a simple, fast, yet powerful to use add-in that allows the processing of direct deposits for all major banks and trust companies in Canada and the United States.

Overview:

• EFT Payroll Direct adds one step to your regular payroll procedure to allow the retrieval of the net payroll amounts and subsequent generation of the direct deposit payroll transmission file and report.
  
  
• One system performs all your payroll calculations and then processes the direct deposit information for your financial institution, all in one module.
  
  
• Quick look up feature allows you to verify employer and employee direct deposit information.
  
  
• Includes the usage of such standard Sage Accpac ERP Series features as the Finder, Check File Integrity. Installation and employee set up is fast. EFT Payroll Direct was developed in a manner that allows for fast and easy customizing for those not so common needs.
  
  
• A safe, secure, efficient, cost and time saving way to distribute payroll toall your employees via electronic media, anywhere. Employees can bank wherever they wish because their banking information is encoded into the system and your bank will use this information to direct the payroll to the corresponding accounts.

Key Features:

• Multi-account.   Employees can divide their earnings in up to twelve accounts at any institution. This is the most requested feature because it ensures that even though their pay is at the bank they do not need to transfer portions to other accounts manually. Your employees can stay on the job and productive instead of waiting in bank line-ups!
  
  
• Multi-Bank.   Employers who deal with more than one bank because of separate divisions etc. can send files to any number of banks by simply changing bank number. EFT Payroll Direct will call up the proper bank layout.
