HR Administration
Tracks basic employee information,
job descriptions and organization structure,
emergency contact, dependent information,
I9, W4 and Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission (EEOC) information.
Benefits Management
Complete benefits management with
plan setup, employee and dependent
eligibility, premium, volume and contributions.
Includes billing and support for conventionally
insured and self-funded plans. Supports
the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Attendance
Tracks all leave types, automatically
calculates eligibility, accrual, lump
sums, carry over, amount taken, amount
available and non-accruing leave. Calculates
leave based on calendar, fiscal year
or employee's hire date. FMLA tracking
includes number of hours available
and paid vs. unpaid leave. Attendance
reports include History, Summary, Valuation,
Lost Leave Status and FMLA Status.
Compensation & Performance
Management
Salary tracking, performance reviews,
bonus tracking and stock option tracking.
COBRA Administration
Includes COBRA notification, election,
enrollment, payment tracking and reporting.
Supports separate COBRA rates, summary
screen of COBRA status of all employees
and dependents, letter generation with
seven customizable COBRA, and complete
notification compliance log and reports
of COBRA Detail, Eligibility, Notices
List, Status, Continuation Eligibility
and Status.
Reporting
Includes more than
250 pre-defined reports that you
can modify. Additionally, it allows
you to create your own custom reports.
Reports can include both active and
inactive employees. The Sage Accpac HR Series provides
for point of time reporting, allowing
you to run critical 'as of' reports
with ease. Also, most Sage Accpac HR Series reports
can be easily exported to Microsoft® Excel.
Customization
The Sage Accpac HR Series allows creation of unlimited
custom tabs and fields. Extend the
customization and expansion capability
by using the Customization Wizard and
an Internet connection to view a list
of the latest new features and functionality
templates that are available.
Organization Charts
HR Series supports creating organization
charts created in Microsoft Visio 2000.
Visio 2000 must be purchased separately.
Data Import and Export
The QuickStart Data Import Utility
makes importing your employee data
into HR Series simple. QuickStart supports
Microsoft Excel, Lotus 123, Paradox,
dBase or any program that can create
delimited text files. HR Series can
export data into a delimited file that
can be read by other programs.
File Attachments
(Available as a
feature of Sage Accpac HR Series 500 Edition)
You can attach any type of file to
the employee's record such as a resume
or application on the Attachments tabs
in the Employee Info, Compensation,
and Benefits windows. Sage Accpac HR Series
500 Edition tracks
the date of the attachment, the file
name, a description, and who attached
the file. |
